What we collect, in plain English.

If you RSVP as a family

We collect your name, your email address, and how many adults and children are coming. That's it. We don't ask for your child's name, age, school or anything else about them.

We use your email to send your confirmation, directions and a reminder before the festival, and a thank-you afterward. We don't sell or share the list, and you can ask us to delete you at any time.

If you register a class as a teacher

We collect your name, school, district, email, the grade level and approximate number of students, and the description you write about your students' work. The description, your name and your school appear publicly on the exhibitor page. Nothing else does.

Photographs

Photographs taken at the festival may appear on this site. We publish images of identifiable students only where the teacher has confirmed a release is on file. If you'd like a photo removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Keeping things

Exhibitor descriptions stay in the archive so past festivals remain visible. Family RSVP details are deleted after each festival's follow-up email has gone out.
